I'll keep an eye out for your content! I mostly play on Switch, but I can still recommend stuff to my more hardware variety inclined friends hehe.Kitaria Fables is a delightfully cute action adventure RPG with farming and crafting! Armed with a sword, bow and spellbook, fight back against a rising darkness threatening the world. It puts the final product in a very different light (in my case, I'm that much more forgiving going in on release day). I didn't follow the development, so I'm glad for that sort of tidbits. KITARIA FABLES is a delightfully cute action-adventure RPG with farming and. Hyped for tomorrow, and the upcoming weekend. I'm not shelving another game for that long haha (looking at you, PoOT :p). that might be a replay in a few months if there is new stuff. ![]() If the game works in its current state, content wise, well. I've picked up hints that they have updates planned, but we'll see what they add in outside of bug fixes. Nothing they can't restore or build upon, really. That's a fair assumption! A roadblock with a fairly high resource demand, but with probably cut content along the way would tilt the grind towards repetition in a more limited number of maps, instead of spreading the amount gained as a byproduct of normal quest/exploration. I watched your reviews of PoOT and Ryza 2, which I both played and liked a lot, and I like how you articulate pros and cons without ever overfocusing on little frustrations, which in those 2 examples have been the case for part of the fandoms :/ And it's releasing at a very good time, too!Įdit : also, subbed haha. The pricing seems very fair for the content (I have a 1€, 1 hour sorta rule for RPGs) and taking into account its indie nature. ![]() This can be smoothed out later, balancing in this genre is always a but wonky at first. Hopefully people will not pile on it with unfair comparisons.įrom what I've seen, the game seems to play as a solo MMORPG, if that makes sense, especially regarding the grinding aspect. I hope the devs get good feedback and will work on fleshing up what they had to put aside! I didn't know the devs were only 3, or that there used to be other plans for the social aspects, and of course the deleted/hopefully to-be-updated areas.
